We want you and your dogs to have pleasant experience and ask that you read and adhere to these rules for the
benefit of all.
Persistent non-compliance may result in you being banned from using the field.

Please use poo bags and place contents in the bins provided. It is your responsibility to collect your dog(s) poo.
Please supervise your dog(s) carefully on the play equipment. Dogs should not be encouraged to jump until they have finished growing (12-18 months depending on the breed) so please stick to the tunnels and obedience training until then.
Feel free to bring your own dog toys with you, but please remember to collect them all at the end of your session, including any which have been broken during your visit.
If you see any discarded or broken toys in the field, please use the bins provided to dispose of them.
You may rearrange your booking slot up to 3 hours before the booking time. This is done via the link at the bottom of the confirmation email.
We want you and your dogs to love using our fields – if you are not 100% happy we will give a full refund.
Feedback is really important to us and we constantly try to improve what we offer so if there is anything you think we could do better, tell us! Please email us with any comments, concerns, compliments or complaints.
We cannot guarantee that everybody has their dogs immunised, so the risk of infectious diseases is the same as going for a normal dog walk. This is the same for natural issues such as ticks and grass seeds.
This is not a manicured park and the ground is uneven so please take care when walking around the field. They can also get muddy in the winter so bring your wellies!
Children should be supervised at all times.
